Hi, I’m Isabelle!

I have grown up cooking and baking for my family and friends. While my passion for cooking started with Nestlé chocolate chip cookies, I now love cooking my own recipes. And I am excited to share them with you! When developing a recipe, I often look to some of my favorite chefs. I think about how to add my special touch to some of the dishes you know and love.

Trying and testing recipes with new ingredients and techniques is my favorite part of the process. You never know what’s going to work and what’s not. That’s the fun of it. Each recipe is an experiment. Eats with Isabelle shares the tried and true experiments. I hope to inspire you to get creative in the kitchen too! Cooking can be a relaxing process and doesn’t have to be about exactness (baking on the other hand is a different story). You might just end up with your best dish yet!

A Little Bit More About Me…

  • Olive oil. But every type of olive oil I can imagine… lemon, garlic, truffle, blood orange, basil, chili, and rosemary. Plus a few more.

  • Mayo. That’s all.

  • A pasta salad, of course! You can throw anything in it.
